Top Cheap and Free Tools for ELearning & Presentations

In my Ph.D. program we are gathering tremendous information on new elearning tools that I know you can use for presentations, blog updates, podcasting, etc.  Here are the Top 100 Tools that elearning specialists share with the public.   Many of them are free or very inexpensive.

Jane Hart over at the Centre for Learning and Performance Technologies has compiled some great lists for e-learning tools.  She should really get the credit!
